When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship next business day but please allow up to 3-5 business days.
Tracking says delivered but my order isn't here, what should I do?
If tracking says delivered but your item hasn't arrived please wait 3-5 business days to see if it arrives. If your package still doesn't arrive please contact us so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
The Mustard Seed is not responsible for delays within USPS or UPS shipping or lost in shipment orders.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Select local pickup at checkout.
We do offer local delivery to Orange, TX and Bridge City, TX.
Where do your product ship from?
All products ship from our warehouse in Bridge City, TX.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 30 days of
purchase. If item is damaged please contact us so we can make it right.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item please submit a claim
within 7 days. Please provide photos of the item, packaging, and order
number. We will then provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Customer is responsible for shipping on undamaged or unwanted items.
Used items such as candles or matches are non-returnable.
