Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! We will accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. If item is damaged please contact us so we can make it right.

  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item please submit a claim within 7 days. Please provide photos of the item, packaging, and order number. We will then provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping on undamaged or unwanted items.
  • Used items such as candles or matches are non-returnable.
  • Food items and worn apparel are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Seasonal or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for refund/returns. 
  • For in store returns receipt or order confirmation email must be presented for a refund or exchange. No exceptions!
