When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship next business day but please allow up to 3-5 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Online orders cannot be canceled once shipping label has been created. Facebook and Instagram orders cannot be edited or canceled.
Can a discount be applied after I place my order?
Discounts cannot be applied after order has been placed. Please make sure the discount code is entered before checking out. We will not be able to issue a refund for the difference.
Tracking says delivered but my order isn't here, what should I do?
If tracking says delivered but your item hasn't arrived please wait 3-5 business days to see if it arrives. If your package still doesn't arrive please contact us so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
The Mustard Seed is not responsible for delays within USPS or UPS shipping or lost in shipment orders.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Select local pickup at checkout.
We do not offer local delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside the United States.
Where do your product ship from?
All products ship from our warehouse in Orange, TX.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We will accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of
purchase. If item is damaged please contact us so we can make it right.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item please submit a claim
within 7 days. Please provide photos of the item, packaging, and order
number. We will then provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Customer is responsible for shipping on undamaged or unwanted items. We will no longer issue shipping labels on these returns. In store exchanges are allowed within 14 Days of purchase. Shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund on online orders. Refund will be issued once we receive the items. Please allow 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
The Mustard Seed reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria in our return policy.
