Return Policy

We will accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of
purchase. If item is damaged please contact us so we can make it right.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item please submit a claim
within 7 days. Please provide photos of the item, packaging, and order
number. We will then provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Customer is responsible for shipping on undamaged or unwanted items. We will no longer issue shipping labels on these returns. In store exchanges are allowed within 14 Days of purchase. Shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund on online orders. Refund will be issued once we receive the items. Please allow 7-10 business days depending on your bank. After 14 days only store credit will be given.

Effective June 1, 2025 a restocking fee of 10% will apply for returns going forward. 

The Mustard Seed reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria in our return policy.

ONLINE EXCLUSIVE:

These items ship direct from the vendor, not from The Mustard Seed. Returns are processed through them. Please contact us if you have any questions.
